Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to paid digital marketing training products purchased from Quorvexxsrozelon at quorvexxsrozelon.ddd. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) are not excluded by this policy.
Return Period
You may request a refund within the period stated at the time of purchase or in your confirmation email (typically within 14 days of purchase for digital products, unless otherwise specified). For products that have not been fully accessed, we may extend this period at our discretion.

Cost of Return Delivery
Our products are digital (online training). There is no physical return or return shipping. Refunds, where approved, are processed electronically to your original payment method. No return delivery cost applies.

- Access to the digital product may be withdrawn once the refund is granted
Non-Returnable Items
We may refuse a refund or offer only a partial refund where:
- A significant portion of the course or product has been accessed or completed
- The return period has expired
- The product or promotion had different refund conditions clearly stated at purchase
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act (e.g. where a product is faulty or not as described) are not affected.
General Legal Requirements
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand), goods and services must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description. If our digital training does not meet these guarantees, you may have rights to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund). This policy works alongside those rights and does not replace them.

You may cancel an order before access has been provided or before the product has been substantially used. Contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel before access is given, we will process a full refund. If you have already accessed the product, our return conditions and refund procedure apply.
